Carrot Cake

This is a Scott/McFayden family favorite recipe. This two layer cake has a lighter flavor and thick layers.  The layers are infused with carrots, pineapple and cinnamon. It’s not only good for the holidays but birthdays as well. Just be careful how you cut it, according to Granny.
